Levine & Sons customer bill of rights:
1. You will have a service person at your home when it is convenient for you, not us.
2. Our service person will protect your home by bringing his own red carpet and floor runners, and will always cover his work boots with surgical shoe covers so that he will never bring outside dirt into your home.
3. A written diagnosis of your problem with recommended solutions and complete pricing will be provided for your approval before any work is performed.
4. The serviceman will be compensated by how efficiently he performs your job, and for error free work - not for selling you more services than you need (ie. commission).
5. In case of a problem, we will carry insurance in excess of the minimums. We currently have over $7 million per incident coverage.
6. You can call the office and speak directly to the owner.
7. You can pay for our services with the method that works best for you - we accept cash, all major credit cards, or personal checks, and we offer in-house financing (if you qualify).
